Ragtag Returns and exchanges

We design and make our products with great care and are confident you will love them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not happy, you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or an exchange.

Happy customers are our highest priority, so please let us know right away if you have any concerns by emailing us at info@ragtagclothing.co.nz

Returning an item

Returning an item to us is easy! Simply follow these steps:

1. Please email us at info@ragtagclothing.co.nz  to let us know which and how many items you are planning to return, along with:

• the original order number

• details of the original item (colour, size, gender etc.)

• details of the item which you would like to exchange it for (colour, size, gender etc.)

2. Please use secure packaging and include your order number with your return to help us process your refund/exchange quickly. Consider using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee your returned item will reach us.

Returned items must be in the original purchased condition, unused and unwashed with the tag attached.

Once we have received your returned item, a full refund, less the cost of shipping, will be issued to the original form of payment.

If the items are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incurred returning the item/s back to us.
